MPX1950
The MOTOMAN MPX1950 painting robot has a payload capacity of 7 kilograms and can be equipped with various spray guns and nozzles, making it a medium-sized robot. Its smooth robotic arm design and large hollow diameter are ideal for wiring and effectively prevent interference between paint and air tubes. Additionally, supplementary painting equipment weighing no more than 3 kilograms can be installed on the U-axis and L-arm.
Compared to traditional air flow control methods, the MOTOMAN MPX1950 employs a leakage compensation approach, maintaining positive pressure inside the cabinet to reduce the required air volume during operation. It can be installed on the ground, wall, or ceiling and features two optional power cable connection points. The S/L axis adopts an offset-free design, effectively utilizing the space beneath the robot arm and enabling closer installation to the workpiece.
