2). Control Cabinet Measurement: A. Power supply voltage measurement: Measure the robot's incoming voltage, drive voltage, and power module voltage, and sample the waveforms of each voltage using an oscilloscope for overall voltage analysis. B. Safety circuit detection: Check whether the safety circuits (AS, GS, ES) are operating normally. C. Teach pendant function test: Test the functionality of all buttons, check if the emergency stop circuit is working correctly, and test the touchscreen and display functions. D. System calibration compensation value check: Check whether the robot's calibration compensation value parameters match the factory configuration values. E. System backup and import test: Check if the robot can successfully perform program backup and re-import functions. F. Hard disk space check: Optimize the robot control cabinet's hard disk space to ensure sufficient operating space. G. Humidity check: Check the humidity of the control cabinet and the environment to ensure the robot operates normally within the allowed operating range.
