This horizontal single-axis servo positioner consists of a fixed base, rotating spindle box, horizontal turntable, AC servo motor, RV precision reducer, conductive system, protective cover, and electrical control system.
The fixed base is fabricated from high-quality welded profiles, undergoes stress relief annealing and specialized machining to ensure manufacturing and operational precision. Its rust-resistant exterior coating offers an aesthetically pleasing finish with customizable color options.
The rotating spindle housing is manufactured from premium-grade profiles, treated with annealing and specialized machining to guarantee long-term durability and stability.
The horizontal turntable is fabricated from premium extruded aluminum, annealed for stress relief and precision machined to guarantee surface finish and dimensional stability. Standard threaded holes facilitate fixture mounting and positioning.
The AC servo motor, matched with the RV reducer, ensures high rotational stability, superior positioning accuracy, extended service life, and low failure rates.
We select brass with excellent electrical conductivity as the conductive material. The conductive substrate employs an integrated insulation design, guaranteeing absolute safety for the servo motor, robot body, and welding power source.
